New era in the Medium Term Program

Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz announced that they will announce the Medium-Term Program (MTP), which shapes the three-year road map for economic policies, tomorrow. In a post on his social media account, Yılmaz stated that they will announce the MTP at a press conference tomorrow at 9:00 a.m., and continued: "With the MTP, which we have prepared with a participatory approach and covers the 2026-2028 period, we are updating our macroeconomic indicators in light of developments in the world and Türkiye, including 2025. We also set out the basic budget sizes for the 2026-2028 period and share our structural reform agenda. While updating our program, which focuses on maintaining disinflation, balanced growth, permanent social welfare, and fully healing the wounds of the earthquake, we are preserving and strengthening our main policy framework. With the strong political support of our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and the support of our nation, we will resolutely advance towards the goals we have set and take Türkiye to the level it deserves in every field."
