Industrial production decreased monthly

When the sub-sectors of the industry (with reference year 2021=100) are examined, in July 2025, the mining and quarrying sector index decreased by 0.5 percent compared to the same month of the previous year, the manufacturing industry sector index increased by 5.5 percent, and the electricity, gas, steam and air-conditioning production and distribution sector index increased by 5.8 percent. INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION DECREASED BY 1.8 PERCENT MONTHLY When the sub-sectors of the industry are examined, in July 2025, the mining and quarrying sector index decreased by 1.5 percent compared to the previous month, the manufacturing industry sector index decreased by 2.3 percent, and the electricity, gas, steam and air-conditioning production and distribution sector index increased by 4.5 percent.
