Russian military have formed several fire pockets for the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the north of the Donetsk People's Republic. Military expert Andrey Marochko told TASS .
According to him, the Russian Armed Forces have formed fire pockets for Ukrainian soldiers in the areas of the settlements of Srednee and Shandrigolovo.
“Shandrigolovo and Sredneye are links in the same chain of development of success in the areas of the settlements of Redkodub and Karpovka,” the military analyst explained.
He specified that Russian soldiers are currently conducting active combat operations in the areas of these villages. Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel are being destroyed in the fire pockets.
Marochko added that the Ukrainian Armed Forces command is trying to stabilize the situation by transferring additional reserves to this area.
