MotoGP: Pramac renews with Jack Miller for 2026

On Thursday morning (04), Yamaha announced the renewal of Jack Miller's contract for the 2026 season. The rider debuted in 2015, jumping directly from Moto3 to MotoGP. Currently, Miller is in 17th place in the championship, with 52 points and has four career victories.
The Australian will be joined by rookie Toprak Razgatlioglu, a Turkish rider who currently competes in the Superbike World Championship with ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK and will arrive in MotoGP next year.
Yamaha was expected to resolve the issue of Toprak's teammate before the summer break, but the situation changed. Brazilian Diogo Moreira was one of the reasons the Japanese team took so long to make a decision, especially after entering the race with Honda.
The delay in making the decision even bothered Miller, who expressed his frustration after being questioned about his future several times. Miller had previously been a Yamaha rider from 2018 to 2020 and returned to the team this season.
In an official statement, Yamaha thanked Miguel Oliveira for being part of the team this season, wishing him luck and success in the future, stating that the Portuguese rider demonstrated professionalism and sportsmanship from the beginning. Miguel Oliveira's future is uncertain, but he will likely not continue in MotoGP in 2026.
With the announcement of Miller's renewal, there is only one spot left on the grid, at LCR Honda, which will apparently be filled by Diogo Moreira, who is currently third in the Moto2 world championship.
