Goalkeeper Jaros on loan from Liverpool to Ajax

Czech goalkeeper Vitezslav Jaros will play for Ajax next season. The goalkeeper is rented from English Liverpool for one season. The 23-year-old goalkeeper states on the website of the Amsterdam club that he believes that Ajax's style of football suits him well.
Jaros is a goalkeeper who can also handle the ball well. "Ajax likes to do it the Ajax way. That suits me. At Liverpool we tried to play in a similar way last season. I can play along well," said the Ajax acquisition via the club's media.
Jaros was born on 23 July 2001 in Pribram in the Czech Republic. He moved from Slavia Prague to the Liverpool youth team in 2017. In the years that followed, he was loaned to various clubs, including the Austrian Sturm Graz. With that club, he won the double in 2024. Last season, the international made his debut for the Liverpool first team, with which he became champion of England.
