The freshest and tastiest vegetarian fajitas of summer to enjoy with friends

If you're craving vibrant, 100% plant-based flavors, these tofu and avocado fajitas are bursting with color, texture, and freshness. Manel García and Hanna Buschmann, the couple behind Addicted to Hummus, reinvent the Mexican classic with tender, marinated tofu sautéed with peppers and onions, wrapped in tortillas, and topped with a creamy avocado. You can add any toppings you like best, even a touch of spice for extra flavor. These are the ingredients for 6 fajitas.
