TravelPerk Rebrands to Perk in a Bid to Broaden Its Appeal

Business travel platform TravelPerk has rebranded to Perk.
Jada Balster, Perk’s vice president of global marketing, told Skift the new name reflects a simple but powerful truth about modern work: The best perk is time.
Balster said TravelPerk, which was founded in 2015, started with the aim of trying to make business travel "effortless, but we saw the same frustrations popping up around expenses, invoices, and payments. Becoming Perk is the natural next step, bringing travel and spend together in one intelligent platform that powers real work for over 10,000 companies worldwide.”
The rebrand — TravelPerk's second in seven months — came as TravelPerk is trying to inform the market that it is more than a travel booking platform. Its efforts to get traction for its expen
