21 cannabis roots were destroyed by burning in Çorum
Official procedures have been initiated to destroy cannabis plants seized in an operation conducted by the gendarmerie in the Alaca district of Çorum . The cannabis plants were destroyed by controlled burning under the supervision of a commission comprised of officials from the District Gendarmerie Command, the District Police Department, the Municipal Police Department, and the District Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry.
The statement also called on citizens to report any suspicious activity to security forces. It added that anti-drug efforts in the district will continue uninterrupted.
