Zeydan Karalar shares video before detention: I have no business with money, stamps or paper money

Adana Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Zeydan Karalar and Adıyaman Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Abdurrahman Tutdere were detained within the scope of the Aziz İhsan Aktaş criminal organization investigation of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

Before being taken into custody, Karalar shared a video on his social media account and said:

"My dear brothers and sisters, I am in Gebze today, with my sister. They came to get me regarding an investigation in Istanbul. The world knows that I have no business with money, stamps or paper, but this is a process. We will fight against these. Rest assured. Allah is great. Allah will definitely hold those who do injustice to account," he said.
