Number : 2025/154 Main 04.07.2025 In the case numbered 2025/154 of our court, the court requested the disappearance of Sait: Süleyman Oğlu and the transfer of the share registered in the name of Sait: Süleymanoğlu and the money accumulated as the usage fee in the real estate numbered 2470 island 67 parcel in Cumhuriyet Neighborhood, Serdivan District, to the treasury in accordance with Article 588 of the Turkish Civil Code. Therefore, it is warned and announced that those who have information about Sait: Süleymanoğlu and/or are his heirs and/or have superior rights in his inheritance should apply to our court within 6 months from the date of the first announcement.
