FROM THE 1ST CIVIL COURT OF PEACE OF TURKEY EDIRNE

The deceased AHMET HOŞGÖR, who was born on 01/01/1951 and died on 01/01/2025, registered in the population number 810 in the Central district of Edirne province, has appointed the Turkish Education Foundation as his heir with the will numbered 09991 dated 20/09/2019 and prepared at the Tekirdağ 2nd Notary Public, and the ex officio bookkeeping of the estate has been started, and the deceased AHMET HOŞGÖR and his wife NESRİN HOŞGÖR, who was born on 01/01/1955 in Gaziantep and died on 05/12/2020, registered in the same household, shall pay the receivables and debts of those concerned, including creditors due to the guarantee, no later than ONE year from the date of announcement. Within a month, if any, they should apply to our courthouse with their documents, declare and register them, otherwise, in accordance with Article 621 of the Turkish Civil Code, the heirs of those who do not register their receivables within this period will not be able to follow up either personally or in relation to the estate, and they are required to provide information about the lien and collateral, as declared for the second time in accordance with Article 621 of the TMK. 03/07/2025
