Six 'Hakan Tosun' questions to Ali Yerlikaya

CHP Deputy Chairman Murat Bakan submitted a parliamentary question to Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya regarding the death of journalist, documentary filmmaker and environmental activist Hakan Tosun in the hospital where he was taken after being beaten on October 10, requesting an answer.
The Minister, who included the statements and questions asked by Hakan Tosun's family in the proposal, stated the following:
Hakan Tosun's family, who learned he was in the hospital exactly 27 hours later, released a statement saying, "He was registered as unidentified at the hospital where he was admitted. No facial scan was performed, no fingerprints were scanned. After the incident was reported to the press, he was transferred from the emergency room to intensive care after the critical first 24 hours." It is known that two suspects in connection with the incident have been arrested, but nothing else is known.
Hakan Tosun's brother made the following statement:
When Hakan Tosun was hospitalized, why wasn't his family notified for 27 hours? He's not a citizen without an ID. Why wasn't his fingerprints scanned? Why wasn't a facial scan performed? I'm also calling out the hospital administration. Perhaps you didn't take any action against my brother for 27 hours. Someone prove this to me. Why didn't the police provide any information? He's not an unclaimed person without an ID. When I filed a missing person report at the police station, why didn't anyone tell me he was in the hospital? Because he wasn't. Someone explain this. Someone explain who did what to me. 'Two people were arrested,' and this wasn't explained to me. Who do you want to protect?
A press worker who gave voice to those defending nature, life, and justice, documenting public resistance and struggles for the environment and the right to life across the country, was beaten to death by two men while walking on the street. It is crucial that the attack on Hakan Tosun be fully exposed, that the mystery surrounding it be lifted, and that no questions be left in the public's mind. The question, "What happened to Hakan Tosun?" must be answered; a statement must be made to his family, lawyers, loved ones, and the public.
The questions the Minister posed to Yerlikaya are as follows:
Who killed Hakan Tosun? What are the details of the ongoing police investigation?
Did Hakan Tosun have any complaints or concerns about his life before he was killed? If so, what measures were taken in this regard?
Has the incident been treated as a simple criminal case? Or are other connections and instigators of the crime being investigated?
-How can it be explained that although Hakan Tosun's family reported him missing to the police, his family was not notified for 27 hours when he was hospitalized?
A press worker who was the voice of those defending nature, life, and justice, documenting the people's resistance and struggles for the environment and the right to life across the country, was beaten to death by two men while walking on the street. How do you explain this?
"No citizen feels safe walking on the street. What is your ministry, which is responsible for public safety, doing about this?"
