It was claimed that he withdrew from the board appointed as trustee! A statement came from Gökmen Güneş

The Istanbul 45th Civil Court of First Instance ruled that Özgür Çelik, elected president at the CHP's 38th Ordinary Istanbul Provincial Congress, and the board of directors be removed from office and that a temporary board of directors be appointed to the Provincial Presidency. A board consisting of Gürsel Tekin, Zeki Şen, Hasan Babacan, Müjdat Gürbüz, and Erkan Narsap was appointed as trustees for the Istanbul Provincial Presidency.
Hasan Babacan, who was part of the delegation appointed as trustee to the CHP Istanbul Provincial Headquarters, visited CHP Istanbul Provincial Head Özgür Çelik yesterday.
CHP Istanbul Provincial Chairman Özgür Çelik, who sent Babacan off after the meeting, said, "Mr. Hasan Babacan came to visit us at our provincial headquarters. We discussed the past, present, and future of the Republican People's Party with him, our Deputy Group Chair Ali Mahir Başarır, and our Party Assembly Member Bedirhan Berkdoğru, and we had a pleasant conversation. He will share his assessments with the public."
It was reported that Hasan Babacan decided to leave the trustee board following his meeting with Özgür Çelik. Following Babacan's departure, the CHP withdrew its request for his expulsion from the party.
CHP’s Başarır announced that Müjdat Gürbüz also withdrew from the trustee board.
Finally, it was claimed that Gökmen Güneş, who was allegedly on the reserve list to replace Hasan Babacan, had also withdrawn from the delegation.
In a social media post, Güneş stated that he was not part of the delegation and had not received any invitation, saying, "I have not received an invitation from Mr. Gürsel Tekin and/or any other competent authority to be part of the delegation, and my participation in the delegation is out of the question. This is respectfully announced to the public."
