Trump Decides on Trip to Russia-Ukraine Talks

The American television channel CNN, citing White House officials, reported that US President Donald Trump will not travel to Istanbul to participate in negotiations between Ukraine and Russia as a mediator.

As the publication specifies, this decision was made after the Kremlin published a list of the Russian delegation, which did not include Russian President Vladimir Putin. After that, two White House officials immediately announced that Trump would not be attending either.

They added that changing the US president's schedule for a three-nation Middle East tour would be a logistical nightmare.
