Putin instructed to consider the possibility of short-term missions of civilian doctors to the SVO zone

According to the text of the order, by October 1 the issue of sending doctors and other medical workers who have expressed such a desire to hospitals “located in close proximity to the line of combat contact” without concluding a contract for military service or for being in a volunteer formation should be worked out.
Currently, doctors without a contract are most often sent on missions only to civilian hospitals located in the rear. As the participants of the exhibition noted in a conversation with Vladimir Putin, in order for doctors to work in military hospitals near the line of combat contact, they need to sign long-term contracts.
Another order of the president, for the implementation of which the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin was appointed responsible, was to equip first aid kits of special transport with modern hemostatic medical devices of domestic production. We are talking about transport used by federal government agencies in the DPR, LPR, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions, as well as in regions whose territories are adjacent to the areas of the SVO.
The Russian government also needs to consider the possibility of placing first aid kits equipped with such products in places of mass gathering of people in the specified territories. The deadline is October 1, 2025.
In January 2023, on the instructions of Vladimir Putin, social payments were introduced to medical workers providing assistance to SVO participants. For helping the wounded, doctors from five regions - Belgorod, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions, the DPR and LPR - receive an additional payment of up to 100 thousand rubles per month. The support measure has already been extended twice.
