Portugal wins in Hungary

Portugal defeated Hungary 3-2 this Tuesday at the Puskás Arena in Budapest. The Portuguese national team thus recorded its second victory in two away matches in qualifying for the 2026 World Cup.
In a game in which Portugal dominated almost completely, Hungary scored first, through Varga, Portugal turned the result around, with goals from Bernardo Silva and Ronaldo.
Hungary still equalized, with a brace from Vargas, close to the end, but Portugal managed to regain the lead shortly after, through Cancelo, and took the three points.
Portugal leads Group F with 6 points and is well positioned for direct qualification for the World Cup.
