In Amazonas, the company responsible for the supply, Amazonas Energia, attributed the outage to a "disruption" in the National Interconnected System (SIN). The problem affected neighborhoods in the cities of Manaus, Parintins, and Itacoatiara. According to the utility company, the outage began at 12:09 AM and was resolved around 12:25 AM.
