A congressman who distanced himself from Bolsonaro and then got back on good terms with him asks to visit him.

A friend of Jair Bolsonaro for forty years, Congressman Alberto Fraga joined Alexandre de Moraes's queue with a request to visit the former president under house arrest. The request was submitted this Wednesday, the 13th.
Fraga, who had distanced himself from Bolsonaro during the pandemic, returned to his good side after the end of his administration. The congressman lost his wife, Mirta Fraga, to Covid-19 in 2021, at the age of 56.
Shortly after, Fraga stopped speaking to Bolsonaro and, although he did not directly blame him for Mirta's death, he began to openly criticize the then-president's "insensitivity" to the health crisis and vaccines.
Now everything is over between “Cavalão,” as Fraga calls Bolsonaro, and “Pancrácio,” the nickname by which the former president refers to his friend of decades.
In his request to Moraes, the deputy wrote that “he has been a personal friend of the former Head of State for over forty years, which is the main reason for the visit, in addition to the current condition in which he finds himself.”
