When they were leaving for this operation on Thursday, July 3, at around 7:30 p.m., they did not think that these would be the most difficult hours in their service to date. For many hours they fought a fire that broke out in the Kopernika housing estate in Ząbki.

Firefighters from all over the area were sent to the action. There were 60 teams, about 250 rescuers. Each of them gave their all. They did what they could to save the property of the injured people.
