In front of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship Office in Szczecin, Law and Justice MPs Zbigniew Bogucki and Czesław Hoc sharply criticized Donald Tusk's government for not defending Polish farmers against harmful decisions made by the European Commission and for not reacting to Poland's exclusion from negotiations on the agreement between the EU and Ukraine. According to PiS MPs, the situation of Polish farmers is currently disastrous, and the government is not ensuring Poland's food security.

- We learn from the media, we learn from abroad that the most important decisions concerning Polish agriculture are being made without our participation, without the presence of the Polish government - said Zbigniew Bogucki. - I mean the agreement between the European Commission and Ukraine. The question is, where is the government. Where is Minister Siekierski, where is Prime Minister Tusk, where is Mr. Kosiniak-Kamysz, who is admittedly the Minister of National Defense, but is also the head of the Polish People's Party, which, having the word "people" in its name, refers to the tradition of Witos. We were surprised when Donald Tusk got on that second carriage, but despite everything he reached this Ukraine. Now Donald Tusk is not at all on this train called the European Union. There is no Polish government at these tables where decisions are made. This is scandalous. Donald Tusk boasted that no one could beat him in the Union. Mr. Tusk, you were beaten a long time ago. Unless it is the case that Donald Tusk does not play in the Polish team. Unless he is aware of the decisions made in the European Union and does not want to consciously participate in it. He does not want to protect Polish agriculture. He does not want to protect the Polish national interest.

This is also dangerous from the point of view of our health, because today we are not sure what products will be entering Poland's eastern border. The standards that apply in Poland and other European Union countries do not apply in Ukraine. The standards regarding the use of pesticides and any other that affect food safety do not apply - added the Law and Justice MP.

According to MP Z. Bogucki, the Mercosur trade agreement, which opens the European Union market to various products, including agricultural products, from four South American countries, is no less harmful to Polish agriculture.©℗
