"The incident occurred during an exercise. The causes are currently being investigated, but it should be emphasized that such situations can occur during tests and training . If we want to have our own Polish drones and for them to be used effectively, we must also conduct real-world training," emphasized Michał Sztybel, Voivode of Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, as quoted by Ino.Online.
Police and military police officers were on site. The investigation was led by the Polish Armaments Group and Military Aviation Works No. 2 in Bydgoszcz.

He added that the cause of the incident was a technical fault, not human error. Experts from the Military Aviation Works are currently investigating the matter to determine the exact course and source of the failure.
Inowrocław Mayor Arkadiusz Fajok also confirmed that the incident was being treated with the utmost seriousness. "A small training drone fell between two parked Poczta Polska delivery trucks," he said.
