High school destroyed by neo-fascists armed with clubs, Digos investigates

In Genoa, at the occupied Da Vinci High School, a neo-fascist group vandalized classrooms and other spaces with iron bars during the night between Saturday and Sunday, leaving symbols and graffiti praising Nazi-fascism. Mayor Silvia Salis called this "intolerable violence," adding: "Seeing a swastika on the wall of a school is a slap in the face to the founding values of our democracy." The incident was condemned not only by the Democratic Party and the CGIL (Italian General Confederation of Labour) but also by Education Minister Giuseppe Valditara, who expressed "deep concern."
