Rotary Club Padova Nord, the new president is Flavia De Felice: she is the youngest ever

Starting today, Tuesday 1 July, Flavia De Felice officially takes over the presidency of the Rotary Club Padova Nord. With this appointment, the Club marks a historic transition: she is in fact the youngest president since its foundation, bringing new energy, vision and a deep dedication to service.

Raised in Terracina, in the province of Latina, Flavia De Felice graduated with honors in Law from the University of Siena. After qualifying as a lawyer, she began a career as a notary, becoming a notary in Padua in 2020, the city where she now lives with her partner. From a very young age, she demonstrated a strong sensitivity for volunteering and civic engagement. She was a Rotaract member until 2020, actively participating in the Terracina and Milano Porta Vercellina clubs. In 2019, she joined the Rotary Club Terracina-Fondi, and then moved to the Rotary Club Padova Nord in 2021. Here, she stood out for her passionate participation in the Club's activities, immediately joining numerous committees (membership, service, programs, and communication). For her concrete and constant commitment to the community, she was awarded the Paul Harris Fellow, Rotary International's highest honor.

Flavia De Felice states: «Taking on the presidency of the Rotary Club Padova Nord is an honor and a commitment that I face with responsibility and gratitude. I will work to build bridges between generations, enhance the professionalism of our Club and carry out projects with a real impact on the territory». The motto that will guide her Rotary year is "United to do good", which invites Rotary members to be a force of unity in a world increasingly divided by politics, geography and ideology. Through service projects, Rotary brings together people of all backgrounds, ethnicities, religions and professions, in the common mission of doing good in their communities. Among the priorities of her presidency: promoting dialogue with young people and involving the Clubs of Padova to bring concrete value to all people and to the territory. With Flavia De Felice at the helm, the Rotary Club Padova Nord is preparing to experience a new Rotary year under the sign of dynamism, competence and an authentically Rotary spirit.
