The Sausheim Association of Voluntary Blood Donors, chaired by Marc Pelé, organizes a well-attended paella evening every year at the Eden Hall. Its members take advantage of the occasion to make a donation to the Institute for Research in Hematology and Transplantation (IRHT) in Mulhouse. Two thousand euros were presented by Marc Pelé to the representative of the Mulhouse unit, in the presence of, among others, the mayor of Sausheim, Guy Omeyer.
