Behind the project are María Luisa Penagos, Juan José Aramburo, Sebastián Garcés and Eduardo De Greiff , founding partners who have developed a concept focused on the integral experience, which concentrates on good cuisine, careful atmosphere and friendly service.
The new establishment is located at Calle 65 #4-05 , in the town of Chapinero, and offers a more intimate format, with capacity for 75 people distributed between the main hall and the piano area.
In addition, there will be live music, guest singers, and themed nights.

The menu also features Medellín's most iconic dishes, such as Café de Paris sauce, baked brie, aioli roti with house potatoes, and a selection of desserts that have become signature items. On average, the cost per person ranges between $150,000 and $160,000.
"We wanted to bring to Bogotá a place with its own identity, where people feel comfortable, celebrate and return. Chez Migu is that: a space to enjoy around the table," say its founders.
With its arrival in the capital, Chez Migu expects to serve more than 300,000 unique diners in its first year, with projected sales exceeding $3 billion and the creation of 14 direct jobs.
According to the partners, this step is the beginning of an expansion process to other cities in the country and even abroad.
