Crazy Trump video on Gaza: Cocktails with Netanyahu, Musk eats hummus on the "Riviera of the Middle East"

Since taking office in the White House, US President Donald Trump has claimed that he wants to bring peace to the world. The war in Ukraine should be resolved quickly. He has also announced major peace plans for the conflict between Israel and Hamas.
In recent weeks, Trump has come under fire, particularly for his claim that he wants to turn Gaza into the "Riviera of the Middle East." He has now published an AI-generated video on his social media platform Truth Social - showing a Gaza just as Trump envisions it.
This is shown in Trump's AI video on GazaFrom destroyed infrastructure and armed fighters, Gaza is transforming into a chic holiday paradise. Sandy beaches, golden yachts and Dubai-like skyscrapers can be seen, which are what Trump wants for the devastated war zone.
The famous Trump Tower is depicted there as "Trump Gaza". Later, users see bearded belly dancers on the beach, as well as a person who resembles Elon Musk while eating hummus. Golden balloons with Trump's face rise into the air. In addition, the US President and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu lie side by side on the beach, enjoying cocktails.
The video went viral in no time and also made the rounds on other social media. Many users expressed their dismay in the comments: "What the new US administration is doing is very clear and strategic: it is described as psychological overwhelm," writes the UN Special Rapporteur for the Occupied Palestinian Territories Francesca Albanese on X.

According to Albanese, Trump is bombarding the public with "confusing rhetoric" and "erratic policies." He is normalizing the absurd "while disrupting global stability and consolidating U.S. control."
One user commented: "It feels like I'm living in a psychotic nightmare where everything is bizarre, children are dying, starving and freezing, and then we have this!" Elsewhere, however, it says: "This is probably the best-case scenario for Gaza."
