Nicolas Ghesquière Casts Emma Stone & Hoyeon Jung for the Louis Vuitton Fall 2025 Campaign

Louis Vuitton is just like every other fashion brand on the planet, and regularly calls upon its roster of brand ambassadors. Nicolas Ghesquière, who has served as the creative force behind the famed French fashion house since 2013, called upon Saoirse Ronan and Lisa (of Blackpink) for last season’s campaign offering. This season, for the Fall 2025 Louis Vuitton campaign, Ghesquière rolls out the red carpet for Emma Stone and Hoyeon Jung. The two ambassadors join forces and come together before the lens of Ethan James Green, who succeeds Steven Meisel as LV campaign photographer this season. Throughout the stylish campaign imagery, the ladies pose within EJG’s studio and lounge on a selection of sofas dressed in Ghesquière’s “exquisite” collection, which was unveiled back in March during Paris Fashion Week.

“Hoyeon should have the only one in this campaign. She is stunning and she gives more emotion than Emma Stone. Emma brings this down,” immediately critiqued Lola701.

“Why did they style Emma to look like a Christmas elf?” asked Royal-Galliano.

“I could look at Emma Stone’s face all day. She deserves a beauty campaign. Here, though, she just looks like the Keebler Christmas elf,” mepps echoed.

Malaya wasn’t all too impressed either. “The color scheme, especially in Emma’s pictures, makes this whole campaign look like a holiday ad. Could’ve had a better selection off the collection too, because there were some compelling pieces!”

Yet not everyone was left disappointed. “Nicolas Ghesquière’s Louis Vuitton campaigns have never rocked my world, but I like this,” confessed vogue28. “I’m appreciative of how styled, polished, elegant, and refined the campaign feels. Everything looks and feels considered, from the posing to the sofa choices. Both Emma and Hoyeon have photographed beautifully here.
