Due to the Title Deed Cancellation and Registration (Registration on Behalf of the Treasury Due to Absence) case being heard in our court between the MINISTRY OF TREASURY AND FINANCE and BURSA PROVINCIAL DIRECTOR OF ENVIRONMENT, URBANIZATION AND CLIMATE CHANGE;

In accordance with Article 588 of the Turkish Civil Code (TMK), concerning the Ölü Kerim Heirs, who are the owners of the immovable property numbered 7178, parcel 1, Yunuseli Mh., Osmangazi District, Bursa Province, which is the subject of the lawsuit, it is hereby announced that if the stakeholders or heirs of the immovable property do not apply to our Court within 6 months from the date of announcement in accordance with Article 33/2 of the TMK and if the stakeholders or heirs of the immovable property cannot be determined, a decision will be made that the Ölü Kerim Heirs will be declared missing, the trustee duty of the Bursa Provincial Director of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, who was appointed as trustee for the Ölü Kerim Heirs in relation to the immovable property, will be terminated, and the inheritance of the Ölü Kerim Heirs will be transferred to the Treasury.
