Peer bullying raises alarm! They took turns beating a female student

A 9th grade girl was attacked by students from another class at a high school in Maltepe, Istanbul.

The incident was recorded on a cell phone by another student. According to Türkiye Duysun, the family filed a complaint with a medical report. The father of the girl who was beaten said, "My daughter could have died. We want justice."

The family also reportedly filed a complaint against the school administration and the guidance counselor. The father stated that he had previously informed the school administration that his daughter was a student attending a rehabilitation center and that she should not suffer any head injuries. During the meeting, the guidance counselor allegedly said, "Sometimes I feel like hitting Asya, too."
