The purchase price of raisins has been announced

The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry announced that the purchase price from the Turkish Grain Board (TMO) for number 9 seedless raisins was set at 120 TL per kilogram.

The ministry's statement read, "Seedless raisins, of which we are the world leader in production and export, also hold a significant place in our country's agricultural revenue. The need for market intervention has arisen due to the current market price trend for seedless raisins being unfavorable to producers. To ensure market stability and prevent producer hardship, the Turkish Grain Board (TMO) purchase price for No. 9 seedless raisins has been set at 120 TL per kilogram. The TMO has completed all technical infrastructure, storage, personnel, and financing preparations for grape purchases and will begin purchases on September 22, 2025. We wish all our producers a prosperous and fruitful harvest season."
