OpenAI unveils Atlas, its AI-powered browser

OpenAI announced that Atlas is designed as a browser equipped with artificial intelligence, with ChatGPT at the center.
The statement noted that ChatGPT's memory is built into Atlas, allowing information and details from previous chats to be used in new tasks. The statement also explained that thanks to the browser's memory, ChatGPT can remember context from visited sites and retrieve it when needed.
It was emphasized that browser memory is completely optional and users can view, archive or delete this memory at any time.
In addition, it was stated that deleting the browsing history automatically removes the relevant memory records.
It was stated that ChatGPT Atlas was made available for macOS operating system users in the Free, Plus, Pro and Go plans as of October 22, and that it will soon be available for Windows, iOS and Android operating systems.
It was also mentioned that Atlas includes an "agent mode." This mode, which can perform tasks such as research, analysis, event planning, and appointment scheduling on behalf of the user, is available as a preview for ChatGPT Plus, Pro, and Business users.
