National football player Kader Hançar: We want to stay in League B and challenge for League A

The Turkish women's national football team continues its preparations for the UEFA Nations B League play-off matches, which will be played away on Friday, October 24, and against Kosovo in Izmir on Tuesday, October 28, with a training camp held at the TFF Hasan Doğan National Teams Camp and Training Facility. Ahead of the crucial matches, the Turkish national team's striker Kader Hançar made an exclusive statement to Demirören News Agency (DHA).
Kader Hançar, expressing their motivation for the two crucial matches they will play, said, "We prepared very well after the Greece match. We are very motivated for the Kosovo match. We believe we will win both matches. The important thing is to stay in League B. We will see what happens after that."
"WE WANT TO STAY IN THE B LEAGUE AND PUSH THE A LEAGUE"Kader added that they want to compete for promotion to League A by remaining in the UEFA Nations League B, saying, "League C is a bit inadequate for us. We want to stay in League B and challenge League A. We're learning to win and lose in League B. The important thing for us is to stay in League B and get promoted to League A."
Kader Hançar, noting that she went to a professional league and that many prominent players have played in the Mexican League, said, “First of all, I went to a professional league. This is a huge achievement for me. The Mexican League is a top-five league. Most of the popular players play there. Names that come to mind, for example, Sommer. Having Ballon d'Or winners there is a huge advantage for me. My goal in going there was to transfer to the United States. That's why I made this choice. I have a two-year contract. I'm focused on the process. We'll see what happens next.”
'THERE ARE MOMENTS WHEN I PRAY FOR THE BALL TO GO OUT'Kader, noting that the tempo is very high in Mexico, said, “The league is very difficult. There's a huge difference in quality compared to Türkiye. There are times when I'm praying for the ball to go out for a throw-in. It's because of the tempo, so it's a bit of a difficult league. I played in Spain and Iceland before. I had some unfortunate injuries. It's important to be able to take steps. I'm taking it one step at a time. I didn't start the season well in Mexico. Now everything is going well because I've adapted. The team trusts me, and I trust the team. We'll see what happens next.”
