Following the signing of the 'Cooperation Protocol' with the Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, an official application was made to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for the issuance of a Real Estate Certificate for the project to be developed on the real estate located in Başakşehir, Istanbul, owned by TOKİ.

In a statement, Emlak Konut stated that this step, taken in line with the dynamics of the real estate sector and the expectations of savers, is an important instrument that brings together capital markets and real estate.

With the Real Estate Certificate to be offered to the public by Emlak Konut, they can become partners in big projects with small savings, become homeowners and invest if they wish.

The Real Estate Certificate model will provide a transparent and reliable investment opportunity for investors, together with the assurance provided by Emlak Konut and TOKİ.
