The ceiling rent increase rate for September has been announced

According to the inflation data announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) today, the ceiling increase rate for rent was 39.62 percent.

TÜİK announced August inflation as 32.95 percent today.

The ceiling increase rate for rent is calculated according to the 12-month inflation average.

According to Habertürk , the ceiling rent increase rate for residences and commercial real estate in September was 39.62 percent.

A 25 percent ceiling increase was applied to housing rents for two years, and the practice was terminated in July 2024.
