Last residence: Gölcük/Kocaeli Date of death: 15/02/2025 Court: Kocaeli 2nd Civil Court of Peace, dated 27/03/2025 and numbered 2025/350, Decision numbered 2025/413. It was decided that the estate of the late Adnan USTA would be liquidated in accordance with bankruptcy provisions pursuant to Article 612 of the Turkish Civil Code and the liquidation proceedings were initiated with the above file number. It has been decided that estate liquidation proceedings will be conducted in an ordinary manner . Creditors and debtors are required to report their receivables, debts, and claims to our Office, along with their documentation, within 30 days from the date of this announcement. Those who fail to report will be subject to the consequences stipulated in Article 629 of the Turkish Civil Code (TCC). They are also required to pay the bankruptcy application fee and notification expenses in advance to have their receivables recorded, as per Articles 166 and 219 of the EBL.
