ANNOUNCEMENT FILE NO : 2020/445 Main DECISION NO : 2025/293 Decision As a result of the trial carried out against the defendant ŞAKİRCAN AÇİLVO, son of Cuma Murad and Zeynep, born in Turkmenistan in 1980, with the decision and decision numbers written above of our court, it was decided that the defendant be sentenced to 2 YEARS 1 MONTH IMPRISONMENT for the crime of Theft pursuant to Articles 142/2-h, 35/1-2, 62/1, 53/1 of the Turkish Penal Code, however, since it was seen that the defendant could not be found despite all searches and our court's reasoned decision was not notified to him; 1- IN ACCORDANCE WITH ANNOUNCEMENT of the summary of the verdict in accordance with Article 29 of the Notification Law No. 7201,

2- It has been decided that the judgment paragraph will be deemed to have been notified 15 days after the date of notification, that a report must be kept by the court clerk by petition or verbally at our court or the local Criminal Court of First Instance within the legal period of 2 weeks from the date of notification, and that the report must be approved by the court judge. If a petition is submitted to the prison administration to be sent to our court, the appeal will be available to the Istanbul Regional Court of Justice. Otherwise, if no application is made within this period, the judgment rendered will be final, AND IT IS ANNOUNCEMENTD. 16/07/2025
