Fighting the fire in Izmir continues

The intervention in the forest fire that broke out in Çeşme district of İzmir continues by land after dark. Electricity and telephone cables and some structures were also damaged in the region. In addition to citizens, many animals were evacuated from the region where many livestock farms are located. After dark, the flames were seen lighting up the night. The old asphalt road from İzmir to Çeşme was closed to traffic by police and gendarmerie teams. In addition to the extinguishing teams, many teams such as health, search and rescue, UMKE are working devotedly in the region.
