'C31K platform' operation in 14 provinces: 30 detained

The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office took action after discovering content on the "C31K" platform, which operates on Telegram and Discord, including sexual abuse and threats against children under the age of 18, images of animal torture, insults to national and religious values, sarcastic remarks against the families of those who lost their lives in natural disasters such as earthquakes and fires, harassment and threats against the families of victims, and insults against the families and relatives of martyrs.
The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched an ex officio investigation into these contents for "violation of the Cyber Security Law No. 7545, entering the information system, blocking or disrupting the system, destroying and changing data, recording personal data, illegally providing or seizing it, praising crime and criminals, and making propaganda for terrorist organizations and organized crime organizations."

Two of these individuals were determined to be abroad, and a simultaneous operation was conducted in 14 provinces, centered in Ankara, on September 12, 2025, to target 38 suspects, upon the orders of the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
In the operation coordinated by the Ankara Provincial Police Department's Cyber Crimes Branch, a total of 30 people, 13 of whom were children who were dragged into crime, were caught.
