The 102nd anniversary of the Republic is on the screen!

The 102nd anniversary of the Republic of Turkey is being celebrated this year with a meaningful film. Inspired by the will and faith that laid the foundations of the Republic, the production transports viewers to the challenging days of the past while simultaneously reminding them of today's determination to produce. With its message, "The unwavering will of the founding inspires today's productive power," the film sends a powerful nod to the Republic's fundamental philosophy.
Shot in a black-and-white aesthetic, the film stars the accomplished actor İlker Kızmaz as Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. This visual choice, evoking the spirit and hardships of the times, impressively captures the Republic's resilience amidst hardship. The film's voice-over is provided by master artist Yetkin Dikinciler, who has also worked on previous projects.
Empowered by historical lines like, "If we don't have guns, we have bayonets. We'll fight with whatever we have" and "Our industry doesn't exist today. Shouldn't it exist tomorrow?", the film reminds viewers of the determination to produce that has been carried over from the past to the present. The Sabancı Holding production establishes an emotional unity with the message, "We work tirelessly today for those who didn't stop then. We will continue to produce together for our Republic for 102 years."
