Pickup truck and light commercial vehicle collided in Sultanbeyli: 2 injured

The accident occurred at around 16:00 on Mecidiye Demokrasi Street. According to the information received; the pickup truck with the license plate 34 KHP 484 driven by Cafer Gürbüz collided with the light commercial vehicle with the license plate 34 GEH that was speeding on the street while exiting the workplace. The pickup driver was trapped in the vehicle due to the accident. Fire, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene upon notification. While the police teams closed the street to traffic due to the accident, the fire teams pulled Cafer Gürbüz out of the truck and handed him over to medical teams. The truck driver, who received first aid at the scene, was taken to the hospital. Traffic was reopened after the vehicles involved in the accident were towed away. The police have started work on the accident.

Ahmet Adnan, who witnessed the accident, said, "While the truck was waiting to get on the road, the other vehicle did not wait. It started coming from the left. It was coming fast and the accident happened. The light commercial vehicle driver's leg was bleeding. The accident happened while the truck was turning."
