The Governor congratulated Borisoglebsk's Kristall on its victory over Spartak

Another victory in the piggy bank of football players from the Voronezh region. This time, Borisoglebsk FC "Kristall" showed an excellent result: on September 10, they beat Tambov "Spartak".

The Borisoglebsk team fought their rivals at the Fakel stadium in Voronezh. Almost 7,000 fans gathered in the stands. The score was 1:0 in favor of the Kristall team.

Governor Alexander Gusev was present at the match. Addressing his fellow countrymen after the game, he said:

Borisoglebsk's Kristall continues to make history, beating one high-profile opponent after another [...] Now Kristall is waiting for an even more formidable opponent from the first league. But it seems to me that for the guys from Borisoglebsk there are simply no authorities in this Cup. Keep it up!

The regional sports minister Pavel Chibisov joined in the congratulations. He called the victory "sensational" and wished the footballers good luck in future matches.
