Spanish team wins FIP Silver in Vila Real de Santo António
The FIP Silver Vila Real de Santo António ( VRSA ) ended this Sunday with Spanish triumphs in the women's and men's finals, crowning the pairs Victória Iglesias and Marina Guinart, and Javi Barahona with Javi García.
In the women's final, top seeds Victória Iglesias and Marina Guinart won 6-3, 6-2 against Sara Ruiz and Carla Mesa. The Spanish duo won their first title of the season without dropping a single set throughout the tournament, having already reached the semi-finals.
