Lisbon Stock Exchange opens in the green with EDP Renováveis leading gains

The Lisbon Stock Exchange opens this Friday's session with a 0.68% increase to 7,747.91 points.
On the Portuguese stock exchange, the biggest gains were for EDP Renováveis, which rose 1.39% to 10.22 euros, followed by EDP, which grew 0.82% to 3.83 euros, and Galp Energia, which rose 0.79% to 16 euros.
Also in the green are Jerónimo Martins, Banco Comercial Português (BCP), Mota-Engil, NOS, CTT, Navigator, REN, and Sonae.
Trading in the red is Corticeira Amorim, which falls 0.39% to 7.74 euros, and Altri, which falls 0.20% to 4.88 euros.
Major European stock markets are trading in the green. The DAX (Germany) rose 0.41% to 24,466.64 points, the CAC 40 (France) rose 0.49% to 7,860.67 points, and the FTSE 100 (United Kingdom) rose 0.23% to 8,993.65 points.
The AEX (Netherlands) rose 0.21% to 916.42 points, the IBEX 35 (Spain) rose 0.20% to 14,035.50 points, and the FTSE MIB (Italy) rose 0.46% to 40,309.00 points.
Oil is trading higher with Brent rising 0.73% to $70.03 and crude appreciating 0.80% to $68.08.
The euro is rising 0.26% against the dollar to $1.16285 and the euro is appreciating 0.11% against the pound to $0.86532.
