Shooting at Pennsylvania university. Police conduct search

A shooting at Villanova University in Radnor County, Pennsylvania, prompted local police to intervene on campus. An alert posted on the institution's website states that students are being encouraged to lock themselves in or barricade themselves in secure locations.
"Police continue to search the area. Please remain in a secure location until further notice," it reads.
Radnor police, on social media, said they were “on scene” due to “a report of an active shooter.”
“All nearby residents and students are asked to remain in their shelter locations at this time,” the notice reads.
Radnor Township Police Department are on location at Villanova University for a repot of an active shooter. All nearby residents and students are asked to SHELTER IN PLACE AT this time.
