As Rihanna and A$AP Rocky prepare to welcome their third child together, a source tells People they couldn’t be more “thrilled” and their “bond has only deepened” as they’ve welcomed expanded their family. The couple shares two sons, RZA and Riot Rose, and announced they were expecting again in May.

“Rihanna and Rocky couldn’t be more thrilled to be growing their family again with baby number three,” the insider explained. “They’ve really embraced this chapter and their bond has only deepened since becoming parents.”

The rapper “has been incredibly attentive and nurturing throughout this pregnancy,” according to the source, who added, “He’s so hands on with RZA and Riot, changing diapers, doing bedtime routines, and keeping them entertained so Rihanna can rest. He’s completely tuned into her needs.”

Rocky is not just showing up as a parent, but as a partner.

“He’s always thinking of ways to show up for Rihanna, whether it’s bringing her late night cravings when she’s in the mood or creating little ways for her to unwind,” the source continued. “He’ll run her baths, massage her feet and take care of things around the house so she doesn’t have to lift a finger.”

They went on to say that Rihanna’s third pregnancy feels “especially meaningful because they’ve grown so much together as partners and parents.”

On Saturday, June 28, Rocky seemed to give away the new baby’s gender at the Smurfs world premiere in Brussels. He and Rihanna walked the red carpet together, where he answered a question from Entertainment Tonight co-host Kevin Frazier. Frazier demanded, “Is that the girl you've been waiting for?”

Rocky replied, “It is, man, it is.”

He then brandished a Smurfette toy, who Rihanna plays in the film.
