Zelenskiy says Russia is doing "everything" to prevent his meeting with Putin

Ukrainian President Volodmyr Zelenskiy said Friday that Russia is doing everything it can to ensure a meeting between him and Vladimir Putin does not take place, and called on Ukraine's allies to impose new sanctions on Moscow if it shows no willingness to end its invasion.

Zelenskiy, who was speaking at a joint press conference with NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte in Kyiv, said they had discussed security guarantees for Ukraine by other states, which he said should be similar to NATO's Article 5, which considers an attack on one member as an attack on all.
