Hugo Motta declared that he is open to dialogue after Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes suspended the decrees of the government and the Chamber of Deputies on the increase of the IOF. The columnist highlighted that Motta knows that no one would win with a fight between the government and Congress.
