Campos Santos: Regional products company pays 15th month salary to all employees again

Cruz dos Caliços Alimentação e Bebidas, Lda., owner of the Campos Santos and Conservas Santos brands, paid the 15th month's salary to all employees in May, as a way of recognizing the effort, dedication and performance demonstrated throughout the year.

This gesture of internal appreciation, implemented five years ago, reflects the company's commitment to the motivation and well-being of its teams.

For the members of Cruz dos Caliços, the payment of the 15th month is a concrete way of thanking everyone who, with their daily work, contributes to the growth and success of the organization.

Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Albufeira, Cruz dos Caliços Alimentação e Bebidas, Lda. — under the brands Campos Santos® and Conservas Santos® — currently employs 11 people.

The company has been consolidating its presence in the food and beverage sector, with a special focus on the distribution of regional products, both in the national and international markets, already exporting to 16 countries.
