Tarcísio is approved by 60% in São Paulo, says Quaest

The management of the governor of São Paulo, Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicans), is approved by 60% , says a Genial/Quaest survey released this Friday (22). Those who disapprove total 29% , and those who did not know how to give an opinion or did not respond, 11% .

Approval fluctuated one percentage point compared to the last survey, conducted in February of this year. At the time, 61% approved of Tarcísio's administration. Those who disapproved were 28% ; those who didn't know or didn't respond also accounted for 11% .

The survey also shows that 56% of respondents believe the São Paulo state executive should remain in charge . Another 36% said no, and 8% were unsure or did not respond.

For the survey, 1,644 people were interviewed in person between August 13 and 17. The margin of error is plus or minus two percentage points, with a 95% confidence level.
