Portimão Wine Tasting once again showcases the best nectars produced in the region

The wine producers of Portimão Arvad (UCA), Quinta da Penina and Villa Alvor will once again showcase their wines at the Fortaleza de Santa Catarina, which will be the stage for tasting the best nectars produced in this region, between the 18th and 20th of July, at the Portimão Wine Tasting.

With the Arade River and Praia da Rocha as a backdrop, visitors can sample the excellence and refinement of the wines produced in Portimão in a sophisticated and relaxed atmosphere, with music and entertainment a constant presence.

On July 18th, the musical entertainment will be provided by DJ Noise Tribe, on the 19th it will continue with 4Kotas.banda, and on the last day (20) with the sound of Fernando Siqueira.

To accompany the wines, there will be no shortage of delicacies, ranging from seafood and the famous oysters from the Ria de Alvor, to cheeses and sausages, to the now-customary spit-roasted pork, not forgetting the sweets.

In this anniversary edition (10th edition of Portimão Wine Tasting), attendees can also count on surprise moments throughout the three nights, with small, unexpected actions that promise to make this celebration even more memorable and different from previous ones.

Arvad (UCA), Quinta da Penina and Villa Alvor are the hosts of this event organized by the Portimão Tourism Association , with the support of Portimão City Council .

The X Portimão Wine Tasting is free and runs from 8pm to midnight. A glass can be purchased for two euros, while each tasting can vary between 2.50 euros (harvest wine) and 3.50 euros (reserve).
